Here at GS Services we specialise in End of Tenancy Cleaning and have vast experience in knowing what estate agents and landlords expect. When you move out of your rented property you are normally required to have a full end of tenancy cleaning by a professional cleaning company. Our End of Tenancy cleaners are fully trained to clean to estate agents standards in a quick, efficient and cost effective manner. All of our end of tenancy cleaners are friendly, organised and will get on with the cleaning, leaving you to get on with your own day.
We have extensive experience in End of Tenancy Cleaning and have trained our cleaners to work to the list below in a comprehensive manner with attention to detail.
We can provide all our own cleaning products and cleaning machines, we also use a steam cleaning machine on bathrooms and kitchen appliances which is the latest most effective cleaning machine for cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Please see below a non extensive list of what we clean, carpet and upholstery cleaning is not included in our price, if you require this service then please let us know when you call or email so we can add this in to our quote. If you have your own cleaning inventory which your estate agent or landlord has given you then please let us have this before we start your End of Tenancy Cleaning.

Important please read
**The customer is to ensure** that our cleaners have hot running water and electricity in order for them to clean properly. If ladders are required then this must be stated at booking.
Fridges and Freezers should be emptied prior to our arrival and turned off so we can clean them. Cleaners are not permitted to hang out of windows.
Cleaners are not permitted to undertake any additional works unless the office has been informed and it has been authorised first.
End of tenancy cleaning does not include the cleaning of ceilings, curtains, carpets and upholstery nor does it include washing up or laundering, if you require these services please notify the office on booking so this can be added in to our quotation.
We require a parking space for one vehicle, or metered parking is to be paid by the client in order for us to carry out our End of Tenancy Cleaning service.
